How quickly can you start a project?
For most requirements we can run a pilot batch within a few working days of receiving sample data and signing the NDA. Full-scale start depends on volume and team size.
Do you sign an NDA before receiving data?
Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before any data is shared, and every team member on your project is bound by confidentiality terms.
Is there a minimum order size?
No fixed minimum. We take on small one-time projects as well as large ongoing operations, and suggest the most economical engagement model for your volume.
How is pricing decided?
Pricing depends on the type of work, complexity, volume, turnaround and accuracy requirement. It can be per record, per project or per dedicated team member per month.
Can you work directly in our software?
Yes. With the access you provide, we can work inside your CRM, ERP, portal or marketplace account, under the access controls you define.
